03-01-2024--- MURPHEY CANDLER GIRL'S SOFTBALL DUGOUT LEVEL SPONSORSHIP

Brookhaven Family Dentistry is proud to be a dugout level sponsor this year for Murphey Candler's Girls' Softball program for the 2024 season. As a recurring sponsor for Murphey Candler Baseball, we are always looking for ways to continue this important partnership. In this video, our friend Jennifer Edenfield shares some of the goals of Murphey Candler softball this year.

Murphey Candler Baseball's goal is to provide a program where each child, regardless of ability, can enjoy the great game of baseball in a positive and caring atmosphere. They want their coaches to instill the will to excel through teamwork, fair play, and learning the skills of the game.

01-31-2024--- BOBBY'S OBI BAR- SPOTLIGHT ON SMALL BUSINESS

Brookhaven Family Dentistry and Dr. Andrew Kokabi love supporting and bringing attention to the small businesses of our patients here in Brookhaven and Chamblee through our Spotlight on Small Business Initiative. Today we turn our spotlight onto our friend and longtime patient Bob Sales. Bob is the creator of Bobby's Obi Bar. This delicious and healthy protein bar can easily be found online.

Bobby's Obi Bar is made from real food for a perfect balance of delicious taste and healthy eating. Each ingredient has been selected to maintain this balance. Obi bar has whole food protein, good fats, and as much oat fiber as a bowl of steel-cut oats. Oat fiber is not only heart-healthy but also ideal for gut health, and unlike fiber extracts, it is gentle on the digestive system. A huge thanks to our friends at Atlanta Parent Magazine for including our practice as one of Atlanta’s Top Mom-Approved Dentists and Orthodontists 2024. The special thing about this recognition is that we did not pay for it and it is legitimate. We were selected through a poll of their readers. We are honored and appreciate this endorsement from our patients.

12-05-2023---CHAMBLEE MIDDLE SCHOOL & BROOKHAVEN FAMILY DENTISTRY, ANOTHER YEAR, ANOTHER PARTNERSHIP

Brookhaven Family Dentistry and Dr Andrew Kokabi are happy to announce we have raised $1,000 for Chamblee Middle School through our Brighten Your Smile, Better the World campaign. This is the second time we have partnered with Chamblee Middle. In 2021 we raised over $3,000 for CMS. We are happy to keep this symbiotic relationship going. We have lots of families as patients who have at some point had a child at Chamblee Middle. We are happy to give back to the community that has given us their trust.

As Atlanta's premiere mission driven dental practice, Brookhaven Family Dentistry is proud to announce that over the last two years, we have raised over $30,000 for local schools and charities through our Brighten Your Smile, Better the World campaign. Let's keep it going into 2024!

11-05-2023--- OUR LADY OF THE ASSUMPTION FALL FESTIVAL SPONSOR ONCE AGAIN

Brookhaven Family Dentistry and Dr. Andrew Kokabi were once again excited to be a sponsor for the OLA Preschool Fall Festival. A huge thanks once again to our friend Caroline Tate for helping us get involved. This year we sponsored the Silly String Showdown, which was new to the festival for 2023. It was a big hit and the kiddos had a great time.
As a community focused dental practice, Brookhaven Family Dentistry works hard to foster relationships with local schools, charities, and small businesses. In the past few years, we have put more than $40,000 back into our local community. We are thankful to our community for all that it has given us and are happy to give back.

Dr. Andrew Kokabi and Brookhaven Family Dentistry are once again excited to be a $1,000 sponsor for Huntely Hills Elementary School's 2023 Run For The HIlls. In this video our friend Amanda Macy Hall from the Huntley Hills PTA tells us what is new at the school and what the funds will be going towards. We think it is important to support our neighborhood schools, be it through our Brighten Your Smile, Better the World campaign or school sponsorships. This foundation is a 501c3 organization, dedicated to the memory of Marco Antinarella. It’s purpose is to help grow the game of lacrosse, and the lacrosse community, as well as reward individual athletes with a yearly scholarship.

Our dental practice has close ties to the Antinarella family and we are honored to help further Marco’s legacy.
