Spotlight on Small Business
We believe small businesses are crucial to a community. Dr. Kokabi, Dr. Monell, and Dr. Roberts all grew up in small business families. Dr. K spent his teenage years working at his father's clothing store on Buford Highway. This was the inspiration for our Spotlight on Small Business initiative. Through this complementary program we seek to bring attention to our patients who own small businesses and do our best to help promote them. Please let us know if you own a small business or offer a service and would like to be featured in this program at no charge.

Our Holiday 2024 partner for our Brighten Your Smile, Better the World campaign was Kate's Club. Kate's Club is a fantastic organization that works to empower children and teens, their families, and young adults facing life after the death of a parent, siblings caregiver or someone important to them. We are so impressed with the work they are doing!

We have seen firsthand what can happen when dentistry is recommended in an aggressive manner — it often leads to dental problems that didn't exist before the tooth was drilled. That’s why we are extremely considerate when it comes to drilling teeth. We only want to drill if it's the last resort. In this video, Dr. Andrew Kokabi goes into great detail about what it means to have a minimally invasive dental philosophy.

10-16-2024--- $1,100 RAISED IN JULY FOR CHOA'S HEART CENTER THROUGH BRIGHTEN YOUR SMILE, BETTER THE WORLD CAMPAIGN
We were proud to raise $1,100 for the Children Healthcare of Atlanta's Heart Center in the month of July with our Brighten Your Smile, Better the World campaign. The CHOA Heart Center is an especially meaningful organization for the Kokabi family. This July marked the 5-year anniversary of Dr. K's father-in-law receiving a life saving heart transplant. They know firsthand how important cardiac care organizations are to the families in need.
At the Heart Center, their No. 1 priority is taking care of patients. Heart treatments and procedures typically require long stays in the hospital, which means their heart patients and their families often stay at the center for days, weeks, or even months at a time. They aim to make their patients and their families feel at home during this time by helping take care of their meals, as well as providing support, toys and books for the patients and their siblings. This would not be possible without the incredible donors who support their programs.
