Spotlight on Small Business

We believe small businesses are crucial to a community. Dr. Kokabi, Dr. Monell, and Dr. Roberts all grew up in small business families. Dr. K spent his teenage years working at his father's clothing store on Buford Highway. This was the inspiration for our Spotlight on Small Business initiative. Through this complementary program we seek to bring attention to our patients who own small businesses and do our best to help promote them. Please let us know if you own a small business or offer a service and would like to be featured in this program at no charge.

06-30-2018---Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and the Ashford Park Friends Group 3rd Annual Boots & Bluegrass Fundraiser

Brookhaven Family Dentistry is proud to have sponsored the third annual Ashford Park Friends of CHOA Boots and Bluegrass Fundraiser. Together we were able to raise over $10,000 this year.
The Ashford Park Friends of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta is one of more than 30 community based volunteer groups benefiting Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Children's Healthcare of Atlanta is a not-for-profit organization that provides specialized care for kids of all walks of life. They rely on philanthropic and volunteer support to provide things such as patient services, fellowships, and research.
Friends fundraising fulfills several crucial needs each year. This year the funding goals include Behavioral Health services, Cystic Fibrosis research, a critical care medicine innovation fund, and Hughes Spalding sickle cell health navigator. Friends also sponsors programs such as Humoroglogy Atlanta Clown Care and Marcus Autism Center.
06-22-2018---Brookhaven Family Dentistry at the Sexton Woods annual block party!

A fun time was had by all at this year's Sexton Woods annual block party. We had a little rain, but once it cleared up we were "Rockin' in the Woods." Thank you to all of our friends on the Sexton Woods Neighborhood Association who allowed us to be a Platinum Sponsor. We are looking forward to next year!

06-01-2017--- ANOTHER GREAT YEAR FOR MURPHEY CANDLER BASEBALL

Brookhaven Family Dentistry is once again excited to sponsor Murphey Candler Baseball. Established in 1958, MCB is a non-profit, all-volunteer baseball program for children ages 4-12. We sponsored the Southern Iron Birds for this past season. Although we are very proud of MCB's winning tradition, it is secondary to providing a program where each child, regardless of ability, can enjoy the great game of baseball in a positive and caring atmosphere.
